COFFE CRUCH BUTTER CAKE

FOR SPONGE
1) Beat 4 eggs till light n fluffy,add 8 table spoon crushed sugar,beat,add coffee mixture (1 tea spoon coffee dissolve in 1 tea spoon water n 1/2 tea spoon vanilla essence)
and beat.

2) Maida (Plain white refined flour )  8 table spoon + 1 tea spoon baking powder and sieve it. now add this in liquid mixture, fold it and pour in pan and bake at 180 c for 25 to 30 mins.let it cool and moist with 2tbsp milk and apply icing evenly and sprinkle crunch.

ICING
Unsalted butter 100gm
beat well, add icing sugar 1 cup, beat again, add coffe mixture (1.5 tea spoon coffee powder dissolve in 2 table spoon milk.) beat again.texture will be smooth.

CRUNCH
Take half cup sugar in a pan, put pan on medium flame, cook till all sugar melt and stir it , spread it on greased plate n let it cool, take it out n crushed it by hands. sprinkle desire amount on cake.
